chapter 1 tell us about basic of computer...computer is an electronic device that operate with its own memory.computer able 2 process information or data.there is someADVANTAGAES using computer:speed,reliability,consistency,storage &communications.however,using computer also have DISADVANTAGES:violation of privacy,public safety,impact on labour force,health risks & impact on environment.
computer are able 2 process data & instruction.this process known as information processing data which involved INPUT,PROCESS,OUTPUT,STORAGE & COMMUNICATION processes.all the process have their own device.INPUT device is hardware used 2 enter data & instruction,OUTPUT device is hardware that conveys information 2 one/more people such as monitor,printer & speaker.while,processor:a case that contain electronic components of computers known as system unit or CPU.
CPU is one of motherboard main components beside the memory.CPU interprets & carries out basic instructions to operates computer.while,memory consists electronics components that store instructions waiting 2 be executed & data needed by those instructions.Storage which holds data,instructions & informations in future used can be divided into 2:storage media(such as:hard disks,CD,DVD)& storage device(such as:card reader).
computer also act as communications device with the existence of network & Internet.NETWORK is a collection of computer & devices that connected 2gether while INTERNET is worldwide collection of network that connect millions of business,government agencies,educational institutions & individuals.
computer software consists of series of instructions that tells the computers what 2 do & how 2 do it software also known as programs..system software divide into 2:Operating software & Utility programs.
computer used in web access,communications,entertainment & etc.
the categories of computers are:personal computer,mobile computers,game consoles,serves,mainframes,supercomputers & embedded computers...
computer are apply in various field such as:education,business,medical,tourism & etc....

what will happen if internet doesn't exist today?

actually,i don't what 2 say.but 4 me,we knew that Internet was very IMPORTANT now days.all the things become faster by using Internet.for example,we used Internet to sending an official or business messages,paying tax or even shopping!!!IT is all IN our HANDS.so if there is no Internet,we can say that our work become SLOWER & not in progress....beside,we also are not able to send important data (4 example:about country defence)in progress so it means that we can not take an early action.
that is my first impression when i read the comment...
secondly,without Internet we also always have to waste our time,make a straight line 2 pay some tax or paying electrical bills or whateva...beside used to connect millions of business and government agencies,Internet also used by educational institution & individuals.
with Internet we are able to communicate with people all over the world with easy terms and low in cost...
in conclusions,Internet make the world become border less.so,if there if Internet does not exist we are not able 2 communicate with each other with the CHEAPEST & EASIESTmethod.......

quite interesting...........
bcz b4 i do not know much about computer

ok.now is about my objective entering this class.......
i want to know more about computer.....
i want to be expert in using any computer application...likes
to explores internet...bcz
i want to pay any bills through internet
wow...its makes me easy.........

lastly,
my aspectations
i hope i will be more experts about computer.....
this class would be my favourite class.........
i do not miss this class even once..........bcz
i will get more info about computer..............
